Parent Meetings and progress cards.

We appreciate the attendance of parents and we consider that you, as parents, have an important role in the support of the progress of your child.

You will be called to attend parent meetings, in the end of each quarter, so that you discuss the progress of your child and the sectors in which improvement is necessary.

You will also receive a summary of the progress of your child in parent meetings. You will be called to sign the progress card of the four-month period that you receive and return it to the professor of your child. The annual progress card that you receive in June remains in your possession.

Apart from the progress cards, your child will be granted a certificate for each program that it completes with success.

We will contact you in case:

• Your child is absent from two consequent courses or is absent on a regular basis.
• Your child finds it difficult to attend the level of class it has been assigned.
• Of sickness.
• Of behavior problems.

If you want to discuss with the professor of your child at a certain moment, you can contact the Secretary in order to arrange a meeting after agreement.
